Who is the correct contact person for my request?

If the information on the websites was not sufficient or individual consultations are necessary, the right contact persons will be happy to help.


Rules for digital communication:

  • inform yourself (most information can be found online)
  • send important information (Name, Matriculation number, Program, Profile, Semester)
  • no parallel inquires (each e-mail causes work, we forward requests internally if necessary)
  • a little patient (we try to process requests as soon as possible, but it can sometimes take a while)
  • please request urgent demands in time and mark accordingly
